Soon after the Haiti Earthquake, the Lower School Student Council created a plan to raise money for the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. The plan included a two-week strategy of selling lemonade during lunch, selling Valentine Grams for Valentine’s Day, T-shirt sales, and Friday bake sales after school. “Lemon Aid,” St. Margaret’s relief effort for Haiti, is going strong in all divisions, with on-campus and off-campus bake sales, lemonade stands, and other events to earn funds to contribute to the Episcopal Relief and Development Fund.
