“Lemon Aid,” St. Margaret’s relief effort for Haiti, is going strong in all divisions, with on-campus and off-campus bake sales, lemonade stands, and other events to earn funds to contribute to the Episcopal Relief and Development Fund.

A Preschool lemonade sale contributed $866, with an additional $470 from other on-campus and off-campus Lemon Aid effots. Recently, the Middle School Jamba Juice Sale contributed $670, and the student lemonade stands and bake sale garnered $2,192.32 The Upper School earned $799.79 last week, and collected 541 pairs of shoes for the Soles 4 Souls effort!

In all Divisions, students are welcome to wear Lemon Aid T-shirts every Friday with their uniform (see individual Divisions for details) through March 12. The shirts are available before and after school from the Booster Club counter, and from Mrs. Helms in the Lower School office. They may be purchased with cash, check or by charge to student accounts.

Thank you to all our student “Lemon Aid” sellers and donators, and to our parents and community for helping to make this effort a continuing success.

Mark your calendar for Saturday, March 13, from 4–7 p.m., as an exciting event is taking shape!
